Being vendor impartial it expands the possibilities of our network design, integration and implementation projects to include solutions for video, voice and data communications across IP based devices with full Quality of Service (QoS). Solutions we have developed include trunking of PABX systems, VoIP based wireless solutions and delivering streaming security surveillance footage. Our engineering abilities include the design and construction of towers, connectivity to mobile vehicles and solar powered repeaters built to specification.
Within our industry it has been recognised that the process and documentation CBO creates confirm our commitment to go above and beyond the norm with service to our clients. Our initial survey results, design and as-built documentation take the client through all stages of the project and leave them with a level of details as to exactly what their new solution provides.
CBO has a large equipment spares holding specifically to meet our maintenance SLA's to our clients. Additionally we provide telephone support, Advanced Hardware replacement services and annual on-site inspections for each contracted installation. The checks include equipment serviceability, cables, connectors and antennas. If something is found to be faulty CBO replace it. All of these services are included in CBO maintenance and support services contract.
